Help Feed Colorado’s Dogs

For my bat mitzvah, I am raising money for the Colorado Pet Pantry. The Colorado Pet Pantry will temporarily feed Colorado pets, allowing families to increase their ability to care for pets with the goal of keeping them out of shelters and with their families.

About Our Philanthropy:

For my bat mitzvah project, I am raising money for the Colorado Pet Pantry. The Colorado Pet Pantry will temporarily feed Colorado pets, allowing families to increase their ability to care for pets with the goal of keeping them out of shelters and with their families.

My goal is to raise $1,800 which equals $9,000 of dog food – every dollar donated to the Colorado Pet Pantry is worth $5 in pet food.

The Colorado Pet Pantry is important to me because I care so much about animals and I hate to see them not being well fed or kept healthy. I remember being 7 or even younger and my family and I were driving to our house in Boulder. There was a homeless lady begging for money with a dog right by her which was starving and looked not healthy. I broke out in tears and could not get it together. That’s when I knew that if I had a chance to help the world, this would be my first step.

I hope that the contribution I make to The Colorado Pet Pantry makes a difference in these animals lives.

This is a wonderful idea. How many other pet food pantries are there?
