About Our Philanthropy:
To save the rhinos, we are raising $500 to go towards keeping them away from extinction. There are just under 29,000 Rhinos left in our world today. Poachers sneak up on them, chop of their horns, and leave them, dead, to rot away in the forest. This is heartbreaking. We want to do anything we can to help. Did you know that in South Africa, a Rhino is killed every 7 hours? Rhinos Without Borders is a campaign by the Great Plains Foundation that tranquilizes Rhinos in high risk areas and airlifts them via convoy and cargo plane to relative safety in Botswana, a country renowned for its aggressive anti poaching measures. It costs about 45k USD per Rhino to undergo this operation. So far, we have saved the Tigers in the Russian Far East or the Amur Tigers, the Gray Whale, the African Savannah Elephant, the Mountain Gorilla, the Saiga, the Golden Lion Tamarind, and the Takhi – Przewalski\’s horse (the only true wild horse left in the world). Some critically endangered species are: Gorillas, Tigers, Elephants, Marine turtles, Giant Pandas, and of course, Rhinos. Let\’s get these guys some help! By donating at least $2 you can take our fight one step closer to the end. Let\’s save some Rhinos!!
